Group Exercise Classes
Saturdays at 10 am (drop-ins temporarily on hold)
During fitness classes, we focus on full body strengthening exercises and balance. Classes run 55 minutes and are done with a few workout stations that everyone does as well as many exercises that are customized to meet your personal goals. I am happy to adjust the workouts to meet your needs, all you have to do is let me know.
Classes are $33 per session, or buy a 4-pack (does not expire) for $110.
